This position plays an integral role in Ashley Furniture Industries future success in meeting our customers’ needs and our continued growth.

Necessary Skills and Abilities: Proficient mathematical skills Learn and become proficient with replenishment planning system Effective time management, organizational, and problem solving skills Work independently as well as in a team environment Effective interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Maintain confidentiality Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor issues or inquiries

Essential Functions:Order inventory through Ashley Purchase Order System. Communicate via web site, e-mail, or phone with Managers, Vendors, and Ashley Employees to ensure correct inventory is ordered and received at the warehouse within right timeframe. Review and take action on web site’s purchase order collaboration changes submitted by vendor/supplier.
