Education Standard:Bachelors
Education Type:Accounting

Should have 8-12 years of progressive Cost experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Activity based costing and Standard costing methods
Should have 3-5 years of management experience
Should exhibit ability to work at the detail level, to resolve an issue without losing sight of the larger concern.
Should have a proven track record of driving improvement in past roles
MBA, CPA, Fluency in Spanish are desired
