Retail Operations/Communications Coordinator
General Summary: The Retail Operations /Communications Coordinator, reporting to the US Retail Concept Store Manager, will provide support to the US Retail Concept Stores. They will be the liaison between the retail stores and the home office. Their primary function will be to work with and support the field, Marketing, Visual and Finance departments. Insuring that all information is communicated and executed in an accurate and timely fashion. In addition they will work on special projects as needed.
Essential Job Function & Responsibilities: Oversee all communication to the concept stores: Approving communication/assignments from other departments in collaboration with US Concept Store Sales Manager Memos (as needed) Updated (bulletins) as required Bi-Weekly news letter (name to be determined) Maintain Monthly Retail Operations Calendar Assuring that minimal conflict is created in the field that could take staff off of the sales floor by working with business partners to manage the balance of tasks assigned to the field. Ensuring that all concept stores use calendar to be aware of events through out the organization, pay-dates (and dates to send payroll), Cycle counts, inventory processes, promotions and current information. Maintain the marketing calendar for concept stores In collaboration with US concept store manager work with business partners on new product launches, re-launches and business initiatives. Update field on project Status and communicate and coordinated launch of operational initiatives. Review incoming Re-caps for operational needs Ensure that applicable partners are aware of any global issues and identifying same. Manage and Maintain Operations Binders system(s) Manage quarterly update process and review and update procedures as required. Manage tasks as assigned in support of concept store remodels and new openings Regularly manage special projects within the retail division as assigned (i.e., conference materials, task forces) Coordinate and maintain all aspects of travel for retail field for training, conferences and store visits. Maintain all expenditures and approval of concept store invoices with accounting department Travel to concept stores as needed
Education:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience Superior communication skills and willingness to travel (10 % or less)

The ability to develop strong relationships with Jurlique department heads and employees while keeping employee confidentiality at all times. The capacity to make sound business decisions and solve problems effectively.
