Risk Intern

Purpose of the role

 

To continuously improve the effectiveness of the Risk Management team activities and analysis by providing administrative support. Core Accountabilities

 

Assist with the input and check of daily prices relative to the Risk process.

Assist with the organizing and filing of daily trade sheets.

Assist with continuous file maintenance and documentation audits.

Assist with tracking and filing of monthly book of wires for Internal Audit.

Assist with the reconciliation and preparation for the Daily Forecast.

Assist in preparing purchase orders and sales reports for reconciliations

File clearings letters and month-end statements.

Assist External Audit group, providing timely response to document and report requests.

§ Coursework toward degree in Business, Finance or related degree

§ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

§ Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and organizational skills.

§ Ability to work with minimal supervision.

§ Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

§ GPA of 3.0 or higher.

§ Available to work varying hours, at times over 40 hours per week.
