SAP Business Analyst

DUTIES:

- Performs functional configuration tasks for the SAP system modules to satisfy Southco’s blueprint requirements.

- Analyzes and evaluates existing Southco business functions and processes related to one or many key areas: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

- Defines and documents SAP system transactions and processes in support of processes defined in Southco’s blueprints.

- Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development.

-Trains users and supports training in the usage of SAP system functionality.

- Creates and performs unit and integration testing and troubleshoots problems with the SAP system modules.

MIN. QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS or BA Degree in a Relevant Discipline

- Minimum of 3 SAP implementations with focus on MM (Materials Management) / WM (Warehouse Management).

- 5+ years of SAP WM / MM configuration and implementation with solid understanding of QM (Quality Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution) integration.

- Working expertise in:

Storage unit management, Handling unit management, Goods receipt process, Goods issue process, Inbound delivery, Master data in WM/MM, Internal warehouse processes, Monitoring of warehouse activities, Put-away and picking strategies, RF, Physical Inventory processes, SAP standard tables and WM/MM reports.

- Experience with UPS Connect Ship a plus.
