SAP EP/BI Analyst

As a key member of the Americas Bath and Kitchen Information Technology Team, you’ll work directly with key business leaders and personnel to provide management reports. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of management dashboards applying SAP/EP best practices. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects with emphasis on deliverables, project management methodology and compliance. You will play a key role in designing road-map for the data warehouse implementation and growth.


RESPONSIBILITES & EXPERIENCE
-Comprehensive enterprise portal experience in SAP environment.
-Experience in definition and development of KPIs and dashboards.
-Experience with Java and guided procedures a big plus.
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment.
-Customer service focus with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules is required.
-At least two full-lifecycle SAP EP projects.
-Experience with extracting data from MDM, BI, R/3 and CRM.
-Experience with capturing data via the portal forms.
-Knowledge of EP security.
-Experience with performance tuning.
-Experience with SAP EP change control and transport management
- Work with key business personnel and develop business intelligence metrics and analytics and publish them through Portal
- Responsible for design, development and support of MDM web user interfaces
- Responsible for documenting processes, developing metrics and identifying and resolving process gaps
- Work with colleagues to ensure data integrity, adherence to standards and process excellence



-Three to five years as a developer or architect in SAP EP implementations and 8-10 years of over all IT experience.
-Experience with NetWeaver-EP implementation with emphasis on aggregation of information from multiple -SAP systems such as BI, MDM and R/3.
