As part of a global effort with other TFC regions, TFC Americas is about to begin a consolidation of various ERP systems into a common structured environment running SAP. This person would work hand in hand with an outside consulting group ensuring all of Tyco’s needs are achieved. Key Responsibilities would include: SYSTEM INTEGRATIONØ Manage and oversee the SAP integration process.Ø Develop strategy and provide integrated data, systems and technology for effective and efficient use of all SAP components and their modules (FICO, SD, MM, WM, SRM, BW, etc).Ø Identify gaps in solution design and assist in closing the gaps.Ø Manage cross-team communication to ensure consistency of reporting, early identification of interdependencies, and elimination of potential bottlenecks in the deployment phase.Ø Lead business process adoption and ensure that business processes are effectively enabled. Ø Facilitate the resolution of issues, crises, and gaps. Integration TestingØ Lead business process validation and ensure that business processes are effectively represented within the global template.Ø Develop test plans, cases and coordinate integration testing.Ø Drive functional team process development / repair / redesign (GDM standards) across Project and Service business, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Order Management, Sourcing, and Logistics. Testing and DeploymentØ Drive functional super user learning and testing across the business, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Order Management, Sourcing, and Logistics.Ø Develop test plans and cases, and coordinate testing. Ø Facilitate the development of a cutover plan and manage trial & live cutover with Project Manager.Ø Coordinate the transition to Application Support during the Go-Live phase.Ø Facilitate a strong process management orientation to develop an understanding of how business and technology processes impact the enterprise. ManagementØ Ensure integration of all project and support plans, including master planning & integration schedules. Ø Assist project managers with planning and integrating projects into existing project landscape.  Monitor and maintain enterprise-wide implementation plan and ensure project milestones are achieved.Ø Maintain project schedule dependability.Ø Gather and coordinate project level status and issues.Ø Plan for future tasks, including rollouts and integration testing.Ø Provide mentoring, educating, and sharing knowledge with all staff levels.Ø Facilitate adherence to project methodology and technical standards.Ø Align project metrics with Global Team and Deployment Team Leads and ensure their implementation and measurement throughout the deployment phase.   REQUIREMENTS: § Project Management Professional certification§ Minimum 4 years experience leading a Global SAP implementation, eliminating various ERP systems, and leading a team through the integration process.§ Bachelor’s degree in Business related field § Presentation skills and strong verbal communication.§ Creative, innovative thinker.§ Ability to work across multiple functional areas and levels within the organization to achieve desired results.§ Willingness to take ownership of problems and projects§ Documentation and organization skills§ Ability to stay ahead of technology, research new things, implement new ideas  competencies:· Business Acumen· Drive for Results· Integrity and Trust· Functional / Technical Skills· Intellectual Horsepower· Problem Solving· Process Management· Strategic Agility   Send this Job to a Friend View all "Tyco" jobs Learn more about Tyco
