SAP NetWeaver PI (XI) Administrator

Support the SAP PI environment (sandbox, development, quality assurance, training, pre-production and production). Document the SAP PI administration procedures. Assist in technical architecture documentation. Responsibilities:Install PI and set up the change management/code migration strategy.Administer PI features (RWB, Monitoring, Alerting, and Administration).Responsible for architecting the Archiving and High Availability design.Set up PI security roles and authorizations for developers and adminstrators.Document the SAP administration procedures.Monitors SAP logs, performance and usage daily.Monitor spool, job scheduling and file/spool cleanup.Install, configure, tune and patch SAP systems.Transport changes between DEV, QAS, Pre-PRD and PRD systems. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years experience in SAP Netweaver (Java) administration with particular experience in Netweaver PI (XI), and other new dimension SAP technologies.Minimum of 3 years experience configuring, deploying, and securing distributed, clustered systems deployed on SAP WAS JAVA.Installing PI 7.0 and setting up the change management/code migration strategy.Skilled in PI Administration features (RWB, Monitoring, Alerting & Administration).Knowledge of SAP Netweaver Portal, XI, and new dimension SAP Java technologies.Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SAP installations/upgrades, System landscape, Client strategy, TMS, CCMS, SAP GUI, SSO, SAP Security architecture and tools.Working knowledge of SAP ABAP Workbench and IMG, Business modules in SAP.Know-how and exposure to System Refresh/Copy, Backups restore/recovery including Disaster Recovery, Server sizing, consolidation and High Availability.Familiar with Integration Directory & Repositiry functions.3 years of experience with SAP upgrade and patch management.
