SAP Project Manager

  Areas of responsibility: ·  Manage 6 - 8 people in the Corporate QTC IT functional team. This team includes business analysts, configuration and project resources.  ·  Manage QTC team budget including headcount, consulting and applications spend. ·  Develop and document improved business processes. ·  Work closely with executive leadership to ensure system design supports and enables corporate strategic objectives. This includes integration with the organization’s other key initiatives to drive business improvement. ·  Prioritize key initiatives using a structured enhancement process that aligns IT resources and investment to business value, Cooper’s strategic initiatives and budgets. ·  Serve as the primary interface to division management in the QTC area to map their business requirements to the EBS standard and resolve issues ·  Resolve complex SAP process problems and document the business process as enabled by EBS. ·  Work closely with other process teams to facilitate project progress, resolve issues and ensure an integrated system and process solution. ·  Ensure development and delivery of QTC training.  This includes evaluation of training efficacy in the QTC area, integration into Cooper’s Lean Six Sigma program for process improvement and working with division leadership to address risk areas. ·  Provide oversight to project teams to ensure project management disciplines are being followed.   Qualifications: ·  Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of hands-on SAP experience, especially version 4.7 and have verifiable experience structuring and leading SAP project teams through the entire implementation lifecycle. ·  Candidate should have 7+ years related business experience in Quote to Cash processes including sales, marketing, customer service, shipping and billing. ·  Manufacturing background. ·  Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business field. ·  Must be willing to travel (30-40%).
