SECRETARY

Responsible for administrative duties including Franchisee license renewals, prepare Franchisor Agreement for lending institution, assist with document preparation, including transcribing recorded dictation, filing, processing mail, copying, faxing, answering phones, typing and other duties as assigned.  Minimum requirements include at least four years related experience, HSD/GED plus related college coursework preferred, type 75-80 wpm, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point proficient, strong organizational skills and prefer working in a collaborative environment.
