SENIOR Human Resources MANAGER – BREA, CA

 

Global $10B diversified manufacturer is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with the management team to provide HR support for a recently formed start up for sales and distribution enterprise. This is a fast paced and growing start up business with revenue of approximately $150 million and 300 employees.

 

Responsibilities:

· Leverage corporate processes as appropriate to lead the development of a corporate culture across the business

· Develop robust talent acquisition channels, ensuring a high caliber, diverse talent pool

· Drive performance management to ensure employee engagement and that performance expectations are established, communicated and updated

· Design and implement key learning initiatives to develop talent and succession planning pipelines

· Balance business needs/objectives with employee advocacy

· Investigate and respond to internal complaints of discrimination/harassment, including interviewing witnesses and preparing necessary documentation.

· Manage compensation programs and annual planning processes

· Manage direct staff of two

REQUIREMENTS:BA/BS degree with at least seven years HR experience, MBA/Master preferred. Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner. Experience reporting to business leadership and supporting a field sales organization is preferred.Strong HR Generalist background supporting dispersed customer base. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess leadership skills and must be able to work in a team environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 25% travel required
