THE OPPORTUNITY - Customer Service Assistant



T Christy Enterprises is a leading representatives of manufacturers serving primarily the Plumbing, Irrigation and Waterworks industries.  Our products include specialty chemicals, hand tools, marking products, pipe, valves, fittings, fixtures and accessories. We are a STABLE and GROWING company, currently seeking a highly motivated, multi-tasking individual to join our Customer Service team.

 

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will support our Inside Sales Reps with front-line service to our customers. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who can handle follow-ups, internal and external requests with quick on-their-feet thinking to ensure total customer satisfaction. CSA’s will be responsible for performing a variety of miscellaneous general office functions. You will ensure delivery of excellent customer service through communication and coordination both internally and externally to customer. As the CSA, you will act as a support contact for general inquiries regarding inbound calls, customer inquiries, and order picks.
