SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR

    SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR  The Supply Chain Supervisor will supervise activity within the business units, ensuring planning processes are in place to support company and customer requirements.  RESPONSIBILITIES: ·  Ensures internal and external customers receive the highest level of service. ·  Monitors and reports on revenue and inventory plan and identifies issues and recommends solutions and/or takes action as appropriate for assigned business units.·  Monitors capacity planning requirements and recommends solutions and/or takes action as appropriate.·  Develops planning analysis and assessment tools as required.·  Interfaces with customers, suppliers, and internal resources to optimize inventory/revenue plan.·  Assists the Supply Chain Analysts in developing monthly sales forecasts and updates the forecast for assigned areas of responsibility based on the supply chain process.·  Manages the activities of the supply chain groups to include, but not limited to, interviewing and candidate selection, disciplinary action, performance reviews, and training.   EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:·  Proven experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor or Lead ready to take the next career step.·  Bachelor’s degree or AA degree with CPIM or CIRM certification·  Strong Leadership, communication, organization and team building skills.   WHY WORK HERE1.  A competitive salary, bonus, benefit and relocation package is offered.  2.  This plant is located in a small rural community. 3.  It is an outdoor paradise for hunters and fisherpersons.  4.  Because there are plants located throughout the US; opportunities for internal career growth/relocation are present. TO APPLY Attach your resume to a email addressed esearch@mchsi.com .  Include a daytime contact number.    MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
