Safety and IH Coordinator

Sherwin Alumina has an opening for a Safety and IH Coordinator.

 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field, i.e., preferably in Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or Environmental Health Engineering or a Bachelors in Physical Sciences, i.e. chemistry.  A minimum of five (5) years experience in an Industrial Hygiene/Safety position in a manufacturing environment is required.  Supervisory experience is required.  Must have demonstrated experience in the development, leadership, and execution of safety rules and regulations.  Other qualifications necessary include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
