J&J Snack Foods Sales Corp. has an outstanding career opportunity for a well-rounded Safety and Security Manager at its Pennsauken, N.J., facility to manage its overall Safety program. The qualified applicant will possess the following:

 

v  A minimum 5+ years progressive professional ESH&S experience in a manufacturing setting including management.



v  Strong professional working knowledge of health, safety, security and process safety regulations and government compliance requirements, preferably in New Jersey. Environmental knowledge and exposure a plus.

 

v  A proven record of positive and continuous results in Accident Prevention

 

v  Experience conducting investigations



v  Ability to motivate and achieve organizational results through others

 

v  Knowledge and ability to direct and implement all training programs required and/or related to the functional requirements of the position.

 

v  Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Safety/ Engineering discipline or related field
