Responsible for promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
-Provide superior customer service to our customers. Responsible for providing pricing, availability, and warranty information on products as well as entering orders and billing. Will manage inventory of specified area. Will also assist in sales growth by providing up-selling solutions to customers and lead generation for Territory Managers.



Education: High School diploma with 2 - 5 years experience required. AA/AS degree w/1-3 years experience preferred, BA/BS a plus.



Requirements:
- 2-5+ years experience in HVAC sales or customer service experience in a store/counter sales environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills, communicatin skills and pc literacy required.
- Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore experience working with contractors and knowledge of HVAC products is desired.
