Sales & Customer Service Team Leader

A little about who we are:

Classic Designs by Matthew Burak crafts hundreds of different furniture legs, architectural wood turnings and bun feet here at our wood shop in the beautiful town of St. Johnsbury, Vermont. 

Our customers include furniture makers, cabinetmakers, kitchen designers, architects as well as a whole lot of hobbyist woodworkers needing the very finest in furniture parts.



The Position:

To lead 4-6 customer service reps engaged in order processing, customer contact & sales.

                 

Responsibilities:

Provide team leadership and day-to-day management of department.

Contact existing and potential customers to present product line.

Contribute to ongoing company planning efforts.

 

Qualifications: This is a roll-up-the-sleeves, hands-on, lead-by-example position. We are looking for management talent with a passion for sales and excellent customer service.
