As a Romer Sales Engineer in the Pacific Northwest, you’ll be partnering with the world’s largest manufacturer of precision dimensional measurement equipment and software.  Manufacturers of automobiles, aircraft, defense, electronics, industrial products, and consumer goods depend on our metrology equipment and our Sales Engineers.

Product training will be provided.  Then, the way you tell it will sell it – with highly attractive compensation for you.  PLUS, our benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, and more!  Our benefits package, on average, adds 44% more value to your base salary.

 

Your work will involve:

· Selling Romer Portable Arm products

· Performing successful product demonstrations at customer facilities

· Generating leads through prospecting and working with inside technical sales staff

· Developing solid customer relationships and networking

· Maintaining an ACT sales database

 

Background required:Technical capital sales experience to manufacturing and/or aerospace preferredEffective communication and presentation skillsExcellent computer skills, including proficiency with all MS Office programsBachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline or an Associate’s degree with equivalent combination of education and experience; BSME/BSAE preferredAn understanding of metrology is highly desirable
