Sales Executive / Account Manager

ACCOUNT MANAGER / SALESPERSON POSITION

 

DESCRIPTION

 

Global CTI Group, a leading business communications company based in Southern California, is currently hiring for the position of salesperson / account manager. We are seeking sales professionals who are organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented to join our team in the Los Angeles region.

 

The focus of these positions is two-fold: to continue to serve businesses with whom we have served and to reach out to new companies to expand our client base.  The latter will be accomplished through extensive prospecting by phone and in person.  Responsibilities will include managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and developing a pipeline of business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating the sales process, closing and account management.

 

This position requires a working knowledge of multiple areas of Information Technology and business processes.  Our goal is to improve our clients' business through the appropriate application of communications solutions.  Focus areas include IP Telephony, unified messaging, network security solutions and video solutions. Global CTI Group account managers interface with C-level executives within our clients, and therefore must have excellent written and presentation skills.  We work with this level of professional to address the real business needs.  Therefore, this position requires experience in business problem-solving in the business development and account management process.

 COMPENSATION

 

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission package. Global CTI Group provides an attractive benefits package including 401K, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, and paid time off.

 REQUIREMENTS

 

· 3-5 years of experience in outside or inside sales

· Working knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts

· Working knowledge of IP Telephony solutions and general networking systems.

· Experience and success selling information technology solutions to medium to large sized business.

· Strong consultative and communication skills.

· Integrity, self-motivation and leadership qualities

· Proven track record of lead generation, opening new accounts, and management of ongoing client relationships

· College degree.
