SCSI LLC is looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast-growing enterprise.

OBJECTIVE
Manage and develop effective sales channels in assigned markets/locations. Continuously evaluate assigned markets and implement strategic activities and changes that will result in achieving SCSI’s short and long range growth objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Establish strong network of relationships in assigned geography.
· Negotiate / assign written agreements/contracts as required within the guidelines of SCSI.
· Evaluate, establish, and manage sales goals in assigned geography.
· Recommend and write detailed business plans for changes needed to meet sales and growth expectations.
· Maintain appropriate and timely communication with customers.
· Travel as needed to provide training, support, and leadership to customers with regard to company’s product sales.
· Collect, understand and report market information.
· Work closely with management team to create and implement marketing initiatives that will support sales goals.
· Execute strategies and initiatives that support the Operational Objectives of the company and specifically assigned geography.
· Prepare sales forecasts by dollars and units monthly.
· Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
· Maintain and upgrade as needed, standard contracts/agreements to ensure best possible documentation with the customer, as well as protecting the interests of SCSI.
· Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
Education & Experience:
· Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in sales/marketing of logistics/supply chain services.
· Minimum 2 years experience in management position with direct supervision and direction of personnel.
· Bachelor’s degree in international sales and/or marketing preferred, but appropriate experience could substitute.
Leadership Skills:
· Ability to utilize computer software to present data and reports in a meaningful format.
· Ability to effectively present information to management, end users distributors and/or distributor sales staff.
· Strong market analysis, strategic planning, leadership and teambuilding skills.
· Must be able to travel approx. 50% of the time, including international travel for 1-3 week periods.
Skill Set: Self starter, Highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization; Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; High level of business management and facilitation skills; Capability to resolve complex problems with minimum of confusion, frustration and inconveniences for all parties concerned
Competencies: Customer focused; Action-Oriented; Building team spirit; Self development; Creativity and innovation; Problem solving; Ethics and values. Bi/Multi-lingual abilities not required, but a plus.
Must be willing to travel and possibly relocate if necessary.
