Sales Order/Receivables Specialist

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order/Receivables Specialist.  In this position you will be responsible for assisting with Sales Order Entry and assisting with Accounts Receivable.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

 

· Entering Sales Orders (Import and Export) into the JD Edwards system.

· Preparing Shipping Documents.

·  Arranging Production Schedules.

· Maintaining ISO Procedures on Orders assigned.

· Working with Datacolor's Sales Representatives and Agents.

· Cash Application.

· Collection Calls.

· Maintain Debtors Report.

· Prepare Monthly Aging Reports.

· Account Reconciliations as assigned.

 

Qualifications

· 3 + years experience in Sales Order Administration.

·Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Inco terms. JD Edwards experience a plus.

·Team player, ability to change priorities, ability to work independently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
