GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate at Interlink Supply is to generate revenue by selling, managing, developing and growing existing and new clients. The Sales Associate needs to uphold our mission statement in all he/she does and fulfill sales and profit goals for their territory.

Responsibilities/DUTIES

(General list, not intended to be complete)Outside consulting to our existing and potential clients Inside sales in our showroom Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations and understanding account requirements and sales history Close sales by building rapport with potential/existing clients and solving challenges they have with our products and services Overcoming objectives Expanding sales by introducing new services and products to existing and potential clients Identifying customer needs and overcoming them with our products and services Desire to continually increase industry and job knowledge (training/resources provided)

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSGreat communication skills Persistence in meeting sales goals while adhering to policies Professional appearance and demeanor Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Organizational skills Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in mathematics and basic problem solving Ability to interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize, delegate and effectively manage and accomplish multiple sales tasks Minimum High School diploma Pass drug and background check Must have own transportation and valid driver licenseMinimum 2 years of previous sales experience Not required, but given higher consideration...
