Sales Project Administrator

Purpose of the Job:

Report to SVP to achieve full implementation of all R&D projects, execute all margin mgmt initiatives to capture all price increases and improve margins and coordinate all marketing/advertising  programs with our ad agency. Support field sales staff in all marketing sales material needs. Assist in various other jobs, like tracking freight variances and raw materails needed for new projects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate all R&D projects with our internal R&D and Industrial sales groups. This involves organizing projects, prioritizing, and tracking all. This involves confirming volumes, margins estimating timing of new business and measuring new margins to add to profits.

In conjunction with IND sales personnel, Customer service departments and Project managers - Prepare, analyze and implement cost changes to effectively execute cost/price increases as margin mgmt faciliitator.

Track and analyze all Marketing needs to implement all advertising and marketing programs with advertsiing agency and our dept.Execute all marketing programs for field sales materials.

Review and prepare  logistic – freight advantages for sales management - which will be used to improve service, variable margin return, and meet plant capacity utilization requirements.

Education & Experience:

Degree from accredited college or university or food service specialty training with 10 years minimum experience working in a related capacity.Direct experience in chain supply mgmt for R&D projects needed.

Knowledge and Skill Level:

· Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools and using them on a laptop.
· Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work with deadline constraints.
· Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Travel: 10%
