Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services, including:Rite-Hite's premium lines of dock and door equipmentAllied warehouse equipment linesAftermarket solutions and accessories for Rite-Hite and  competitive productsMaintenance contracts, parts, and repair servicesOur customer base includes anyone with a loading dock, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales posiition, with responsibility for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, developing and managing global accounts and introduction of new products to the marketplace.We provide our Sales Force with everything needed for success. Experience and Skills:


Rite-Hite prides itself on having not only the best products, but the best representation in the material handling industry. Therefore, successful candidates will combine a 4 year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and be skilled at building productive business relationships. Sales Representatives must have good knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis (no relocation assistance will be provided). A good mechanical aptitude is helpful, and a strong work ethic and desire to succeed is essential.
