In the Louisiana and Southern Mississippi area where we currently have strong local representation with the New Orleans Customer Center, there is an opportunity to expand focus with a stronger Industrial Technologies footprint. Through this expanded role, with this dedicated sales person for Industrial tool products, Ingersoll Rand has an opportunity to create revenue growth by capturing lost market share and foster organic service and complete business. The new focus will be aided by a synergy of Productivity Solutions Group and Air Solutions Group for the presentation of an entire air system. •Responsible for front-line sales to direct-end customers in the marketplace, by providing “solutions selling” approach.
•Charged with growth of Services and product sales for entire IR Productivity Solutions product portfolio, as well as non-IR products.
•Maintain relationships with existing customers while developing new relationships and opportunities with potential customers
•Represent the complete line of Productivity Solutions products to include tools, winches, hoists, material handling equipment, pumps, and support services. All of this will be supported by company direct store model.
•Responsible for front-line sales to direct-end customers in the marketplace, by providing “solutions selling” approach.
•Charged with growth of Services and product sales for entire IR Productivity Solutions product portfolio, as well as non-IR products.
•Develop new relationships and opportunities with potential customers as well as capitalize on existing customers
•Help to grow and manage existing resellers as well as identify new resell candidates.
•Work with local IR certified service locations as well as IR company-owned service locations to increase our presence as a service provider for the local market.
•All actions representing Ingersoll Rand will be done in compliance with the IR Way and our policies and procedures.
•Act as a change agent for working with the whole Industrial Technologies portfolio with the existing compressor sales team and existing air end users
•Effectively create and manage the sales database using the existing software.
