Sales Specialist, Critical Care

As Sales Specialist for Hollsiter Incorporated this position will be responsible for:Increasing Sales within the Territory- Introduce new concepts and protocols within a hospital's Critical Care and ICU units.- Manage a complex sale through hospital decision making procedures.- Ability to control a sales call by following a defined agenda and concluding with clear outcomes.- Analyze market data and develop strategic plans to grow sales within territory.- Coordinate selling and conversion efforts with Hollister counterparts in any given target account.- Maintain call frequency to support account conversion and account service needs.- Resist price pressure by establishing clear differentiation between Hollister product and competitive alternative.- Develop and present clinical and financial proposals to hospital staff.- Conduct multiple shift in-service programs as needed to ensure effective product adoption and utilization.- Maintain Hollister Ethical and Professional selling standardsSubmit Reports to District Managers- Ensure 'Sales Opportunities' are accurately represented and effectively managed in Salesforce.com (contact management application). -Daily recording of valuable sales activity via Sales Force.com so that all Hollister account files contain a complete history of interactions by Functional Role. -Maintain close communications with Region Managers through monthly Territory Update and regular contact by voicemail, telephone and email.- Develop account specific Sales Plan with regional sales team counterparts.Special Assignments - As required- providing competitive information - collaborate with Marketing to compile Case Study data.- assisting corporate staff who are traveling in the Field- other special assignments as required by Sales Management- Attend ConventionsTo perform other job related duties as determined and assigned by management.
