Sales and Customer Service Manager

A. Responsible for soliciting new business associated with the restaurant, meat processing and other food related industries. This includes national food chains, independent restaurants, food processors and management service companies. These segments include: Pick-up of meat processing material, used fryer oil, trap pumping, line jetting and pressure washing services.

B. Responsible for the communication with and evaluation of the entire customer base. This would be accomplished through daily activities and supervision of field procurement and customer service staffing.

C. Responsible for establishing and revising pricing programs for all services as determined by Corporate and Division policies and objectives.  Further support comes from being an active member of the Corporate Procurement Committee.

D.  Position requires inter-office communications with routing and accounting issues as they pertain to new and existing accounts.

E. Communication with all City Inspectors who monitor the restaurant industry, including active participation in various industries, municipal and civic organizations.

Reports to: Division Manager

Required: Business or Marketing Degree (Experience in lieu of would be considered) Minimum two (years) experience (restaurant industry a plus)

Skills: Efficient computer software knowledge

Strong verbal and written communicator

  Independent thinker from a self starter perspective

  Strong in organizational, planning and follow-up activities
