Sales and Customer Service Representative

A. Solicit new business associated with the restaurant, meat processing and other food related industries. This includes national food chains, independent restaurants, food processors and management service companies. These segments include: Pick-up of meat processing material, used fryer oil, trap pumping, line jetting and pressure washing services.

B. Position requires inter-office communications with routing and accounting issues as they pertain to new and existing accounts.

C. Communication with all City Inspectors who monitor the restaurant industry, including active participation in various industries, municipal and civic organizations.

D.  Daily reports to Sales & Customer Service Manager for area calling for that day.

E. Daily reports to Sales & Customer Service Manager for calls made the previous day, along with logs for each meeting and or presentation(s).

F. Weekly scheduling of meetings with existing accounts as determined by the Sales & Customer Service Manager.

 

Reports to: Sales & Customer Service Manager

Required: Business or Marketing Degree preferred; 2 years experience

Skills: Efficient computer software knowledge

Strong verbal and written communicator

  Independent thinker from a self starter perspective

  Strong in organizational, planning and follow-up activities
