Sales and Marketing

We are a start up company with factories in China with focuses on selling printed labels, garment accessories, outdoor camping products, wooden toys
and laminated products.  We strive to be an employer of choice and offer challenging opportunities for our employees.  We are seeking a sales/marketing coordinator to help manage existing accounts as well as attaining new accounts.  This person will work directly with the president in all aspects of sales and marketing.

Duties include but are not limited to

Daily coordination and execution of accounts
Establish and maintain working relationships with buyers
Shipment tracking
Analyze data from reporting and sales material preparation
Communicate with China factories regarding all aspects of production
Perpare materials for account presentation to potential new buyers
Merchandise product assortments
Conduct market research, share ideas/concepts/trends/ with president
Occasional travel to meetings
Store visits and identifying new product opportunities
Set up sales and marketing department

Ideal candidate must possess:


Spoken Chinese a plus, not a requirment
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Merchandising experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Ability to analyze data
Quality and customer focused
Sales support experience in import/export a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to sell
