Sales and operations coordinator

Company: Coronet, Inc. assembles fluorescent light fixtures for sale to distributors.

Position: Sales and operations coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time employee; hours are 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Description:

We are searching for a skilled individual to grow with our small, family-owned company that has been assembling fluorescent light fixtures for over 60 years.  In the past three years our company has doubled in size, so we are looking for a goal oriented self-starter who will be able to contribute - through customer service and general office coordination - to future growth. The position includes a great deal of hands on operations, customer service (including communication with sales reps and speaking on the phone with corporate customers) and coordinating operations. Good organization and coordinating skills are a must, as is a strong attention to detail and good judgment. Candidates should also be quick learners, as the job will entail significant use of product knowledge to be acquired on the job.

 

Prerequisites:

Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel

Comfortable with internet research

College degree (BA or BS)

2-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, account management or customer service role

 

Additional Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of QuickBooks

Spanish Speaking
