We currently have a career opportunity for Salon Division Field Sales Managers in the Boston Metro Area

Purpose
To provide consistent sales, training and marketing support to agents as well as stylists and salons within their assigned ghd Direct territory.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
1. Represent the ghd brand in the most professional manner.
2. Comply with all rules, policies, and procedures as set forth by ghd Professional North America.
3. Recruit new Sales Agents.
4. Develop, implement and oversee all ghd programs.
5. Train agents on the means and methods of best promoting and selling of key ghd programs with primary commitment to.
6. Monitor and support agent activity on a daily basis.
7. Assist Sales Agents with territory routing to ensure effective time and territory management.
8. Develop relationships with top 10 salons in each agent’s territory.
9. When requested, complete all reports and provide all pertinent information as requested by Director of Sales / Direct / and/or ghd Professional North America.
10. Work closely with the ghd Education department.
11. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week working with Sales Agents.
12. Travel with Agents to salons to ensure a consistent delivery of the ghd brand message and assist them in executing all key ghd programs.
13. Maintain a positive working relationship with all members of the ghd team.
14. Perform all duties assigned by the Director of Sales / Direct or any other ghd management personnel to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department and successful accomplishment of all goals and objectives.
15. Maintain consistent communication with all Agents and management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain an effective direct sales division through the selection, hiring, termination, training, compensation, review and motivation of Sales Agents.
2. Develop and maintain a program for high performance standards and sound employee relations.
3. Provide guidance and direction to employees to assist them in their professional development.
4. Monitor and ensure divisions sales goals and progress.
