Second Shift Memphis PDC Supervisor (15094)

- - POSITION LOCATED IN MEMPHIS, TNREQUIREMENTS: ' Supervise a warehouse team responsible for receiving, warehousing, order filling, and shipping of parts. ' Strong communication, technical, and analytical skills.' Administer company and departmental policies and guidelines.' Responsible for analyzing and strategically planning daily workload to support production requirements.' Oversee receiving scheduling, document control, and quality standards. ' Provide solid customer support and execute problem solving techniques.' Responsible for sustaining Shipping & Receiving deadlines. ' Motivate, train and develop employees.' Willingness to work any shift.' Responsible for enforcing safety rules to ensure a clean and safe work environment.' Demonstrate the ability to be flexibility and adapt well to change.' Actively participate and lead in the implementation of TOS, High Performance Teams, and other employee development techniques. ' Interact with Union Representatives to resolve grievances and support the labor contract. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree or at least (6) years general warehouse experience with (1) year in a PDC leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Possess a comprehensive understanding of all warehouse operations and knowledge of automated warehouse systems. Candidate needs to have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Knowledge and awareness of safety requirements in a warehouse environment is also a requirement.
