QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITY:

1.  Maintain Master Document List

Quality Manual (QM)

Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOP)

2.  Distribution of all revised documents

3.  Control and maintain of Non Compliance Records (NCR)

4.  Control and maintain of Customer Approval Records (CAR)

5.  File and maintain all Employee Training Records.

6.  File and maintain all inspection documents

7.  Maintain Approved Vendor List (AVL)

8.  Maintain inspection and testing equipment.

9.  Aid in internal audits.

10.  Initiate the necessary job related QA-QC documentation for each job.

11.  Track and keep a separate file on all material certifications.
