Position: Senior Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85034 

 

Position Overview:

Oversee all aspects of ordering process, including modeling, forecasting, waste management, and reporting for $10M of revenue

 

Responsibilities:

-Establish and review ordering algorithm to maximize profitability and ensure accuracy 

-Review and communicate performance results and variances against the business plan and forecast

-Oversee overage and shortage reporting • Ongoing review and approval of ordering procedures

-Insure a high level of integrity exists in processes, procedures and publish meal ordering results

-Collaborate with cross-functional team to promote communication, solicit ideas, discuss issues and identify solutions

-Manage sellouts to contractual levels

-Develop reports to track data integrity issues involving missing cash and timely data input

-Work with IT to develop appropriate reports pertaining to the improvement of the cash management system

-Work with HDQ security department in data analysis for potential security theft issues 

 

Skills and Experience:

-Bachelor's Degree

-Advanced degree preferred

-7+ years of management, operations, accounting experience

-Strong organization, communications skills with capacity to manage multiple project workload

-Ability to lead and facilitate, with excellent interpersonal skills

-Computer skills to include Cognos, Power Play, strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Essbase, SMART LINK

-Ability to interface with and coach at all levels within the organization, as well as with the external customers

-Successful record in stretching to exceed Corporate expectations and organizational contributions
