Senior Business Systems Analyst-Master Keying

We currently have an opening for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst-Master Keying

 

The ideal individual will be focused on support and contributing to technical decisions, enhancement design, development, testing and training through implementation.

Specifically the position is responsible for supporting and analyzing enhancements for our AIMS master keying and combinating, business critical, proprietary application.

Additionally, the role will also contribute to the on-going rollout of SAP and subsequent interfaces to AIMS.

Professional Requirements

- Must have experience delivering enhancements, and support within the methods of a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Significant (3+ years) full lifecycle application development with experience in a multi-tier web based environment.
- Must be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must possess creativity, accountability, professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
- Skills in project management a plus and ability to deliver quality solutions against deadlines.
- Must be able to adapt to a changing environment of initiatives and timelines.
- Must be able to create a partnership with internal customers and IT.
- Participation in all phases of business application development.
- Work with business leaders to design solutions and translate those needs into application designs to be executed by the development team.

Technical Experience

- Experience with complex data modeling, entity relationship diagramming, cardinality decisions
- Experience with Object oriented design and analysis (UML).
- Experience with IIS 5.0 and 6.0, Windows Server 2000 & 2003, Active Directory Security.
- Experience with SQL database stored procedures and scripts
- Experience with SQL Server DTS Packages, SSIS packages, and Reporting Services.
- Strong query writing skills with TSQL.
- Experience with Visual Basic, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET.
- Helpful experience with JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML, EJB, JMS, AJAX.
- Experience with debugging, performance, and change management tools in an integrated environment.
- 4-5 years web development, relational database, systems analysis, and training experience

Education Experience

Requires a B. S. Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
