DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machines to produce production parts to specification in a timely fashion
• Successful candidates must be able to work independently and in conjunction with our engineering department
• Interpret technical drawings to fabricate parts to specified tolerances
• Use a variety of inspection and verification equipment to determine the product is acceptable
• Follow all safety procedures, correct material handling methods, good housekeeping practices
• Can analyze & contribute to the optimization of processes

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant must be proficient in programming, set-up, and operation of CNC milling machines
• 5+ years of machining/CNC experience a must. Plastics experience preferred
• Knowledge of G & M codes, Mastercam, and blueprint reading required
• High school diploma or equivalent or better
• Fundamental mathematics skills
• Ability to use common measuring tools (calipers, height stand, pin gauges, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings
• Ability to use both English and Metric systems and able to convert between the two
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
• Basic computing skills• Location: North Wales, PA
