Senior Customer Service Representative

We are a major Global Company, a leader in our field, located in South Carolina.  We have an immediate, challenging position in our inside sales/customer service group for an experienced, professional Customer Service Representative.  Candidate selected must be a skilled multi-task person able to provide leadership within the CSR Team. 

The ideal person must be:Personable yet assertive Experienced handling the various detailed CSR activities in a timley, professional manner.  Must possess good diplomacy skills required to resolve problems with customers and internal suppliers while maintaining and expanding our positive business relationshiop.Prepare and maintain various Excel charts as scheduled, will enter all billing using SAP, Prepare monthly pricing charts for distribution and will maintain up to date warehouse inventory levels.

As a Global leading producer, successful candidate must be knowledgeable and experienced in logistics, including importing/exporting materials, coordinating rail and truck shipments of materials from overseas' suppliers to domestic customers.  This well organized, detailed person will be directly responsible for maintaining assigned accounts.
