Our client, a large, strong-growth, Cincinnati-based company is expanding its IT staff, and has asked us to identify a top-notch IT Support professional to join their team. This individual will provide Tier 2, face-to-face support for every level of employee, from the boardroom to the mailroom. The atmosphere is professional, but very friendly, upbeat and positive. The company is doing very well and their prospects for future growth are even better. This position has real long-term advancement potential and immediate challenge. The right candidate will have at least 3 years of deskside support experience in a team environment, supporting primarily Wintel technologies, a pro-active support attitude, and a good track record of reliability and effectiveness.
