Diffusion Modules R&D development and area process sustaining.

 

Job Responsibilities:Developed new diffusion processes related modules for new product or technologyProduction processes/equipment support to ensure smooth operation in diffusionDiffusion process optimization and defect reductionCross functional team for yield improvement

 

Candidates should have 1-3 years experiences in semiconductor fabrication and a M.S. or B.S. degree in engineering discipline or material science.
