Senior Electronics/Software Engineer

Seeking an experienced Electrical/Software Engineer. Ideal candidate will support new development and existing microcontroller based products. Other essential job duties include designing new and/or modifying existing products and support equipment – both hardware and software; circuit & s/w analysis; design & timing margins; reliability; testability; power and thermal analysis; and problem resolution. Bachelor of Science in Electrical and/or Software Engineering preferred, plus 10 years of relevant work experience. Candidate must also be a US Citizen. The ability to speak, write, and understand English is very essential for this position. Thorough understanding of microcontroller based circuits, analog circuits, and embedded firmware languages like C, Pascal, Assembly – ADA would be a plus. Other essential job tools/knowledge needed to perform necessary job duties are as follows: thorough familiarity with essential electronic and software based laboratory equipment like oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, counters, spectrum analyzers, digital analyzers, in-circuit emulators and debuggers, compilers, assemblers, Windows applications, and ORCAD.
