Senior Finance Manager

Pall Trincor, Pall Corporation's sales and distribution division in Exton, Pennsylvania has an immediate opportunity available for a Senior Finance Manager.

Ideal candidate will be the lead Finance person at Pall Trincor responsible for all facets of the Accounting/Finance functions, including the financial closing process/analysis, general ledger, balance sheet/financial reconciliations, monthly/quarterly financial schedules including financial analytical reports, accounts receivable and accounts payable, SOX compliance and representations.  This position supervises a staff of four.  The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President/General Manager of Pall Trincor with a dotted line to Pall Trincor's Site Controller.

Minimum Requirements:B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance Financial work experience and supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of standard Accounting Principles.  High level of integrity; responsible, reliable, ability to perform duties with minimal direct supervision; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT and computer skills desired.
