We offer a continual focus on training and development and a financially sound company in a growing industry. We are currently looking to add a Senior Human Resources Generalist to our Milwaukee Headquarters.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Providing HR services to employees: First point of contact for all employee relations issues within assigned functional areas

·  Ensuring OFCCP compliance

·  Partner with recruiting function to assess potential employees

·  Training facilitation

·  Leading community/college relations initiatives

 

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree.

·  At least 3 years’ HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment

·  Previous “hands-on” employee relations experience

·  Effective communication and computer skills

·  Strong business/operations acumen

·  Self-starter, capable of carrying projects through to completion

·  Working knowledge of all functional HR areas

·  Demonstrated examples of continuing education/development on legal aspects of employee and/or labor relations

·  Experience in OFCCP compliance/AAP development; employee relations; recruitment, training and development; compensation and benefits administration

 

Desired:

·  Bachelors in HR, business or related field

·  Experience in a union environment

·  Labor relations experience

·  Strategic planning experience
