Job Summary: Provide leadership for project management, IT systems and integration staff and programs. Support an enterprise-wide view of the needs and demands required to accomplish strategies and objectives. Provide counsel to senior IT leadership related to opportunities or challenges in systems and integration efforts. Support and lead projects and programs within the Deluxe Delivery Assurance Framework.Accountabilities:1. Provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology programs and projects across the organization and within the Deluxe Delivery Assurance Framework.2. Create and ensure execution of project management metrics, deliverables and other audit and compliance directives.3. Identify and recommend approaches and methodologies that match the Deluxe Delivery Assurance (DA) Framework.  Train and assist staff in the adoption and compliance of DA.4. Deliver strategic and tactical visions for IT systems and integration projects and programs.5. Advise and make recommendations to senior IT leadership regarding opportunities or challenges which support or detract from the Deluxe Delivery Assurance Framework.6. Recruit, build and manage a group of competent professionals capable of adequately and quickly responding to Deluxe's IT needs. Creates adequate levels of delgation and skill backup/successorship. Develops baseline goals for team.7. Lead teams in decision making regarding IT systems and integration efforts.Education/Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 10 years experience in IT Development - as a manager for 10-15 years. Project management  and process related experience. Knowledge of PMI (Project Management Institute) and/or certified PMP.Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Advanced analytical skills; excellent communication skills; proven ability to work in a fast paced, self directed enviroment; proficient in the use of project management tools, strong time management skills and abllity to handle multiple people, projects and deadlines; demonstrated ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity; effectively works cross functionally as well as with varying levels within the organization; flexible to travel Drug screen and background check required.
