Senior Marketing Manager

Objective:  Lead the development and successful implementation of the marketing strategy and tactics that achieve or exceed the annual revenue and profit goals for the North Aurora operations business unit across all market segments, driving long term market share gains vs. competition.   Accountability: Develop overall market strategy for all business segments Equip field sales team with tools, training and support on key accounts Lead the launch of new products Work with cross functional teams Develop pricing strategies Develop and implement promotional strategies Supervise and manage the marketing team   Requirements: BS degree in Marketing or Business, MBA a plus 7+ years experience in marketing management Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with industrial products   Salary DOE, excellent benefits, bonus, stock purchase and 401K   Pentair is an equal opportunity employer Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
