Senior Research Scientist Beachwood, OH 44122 Tremco is seeking a highly analytical and versatile materials scientist to focus on the development of highly efficient organic semiconductor materials.  The candidate will work independently to set up necessary lab equipment/device to make and test organic semiconducting polymers and model cell devices for improved energy conversion efficiency. Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:· Modify materials  · Improve efficiencies· Improve aging Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:· MS degree in Organic Chemistry or Polymer Science. Ph.D. preferred.· Working experience in making and characterization of organic semiconductors and organic photovoltaic cell a must.  · Extensive background in polymer chemistry and structure-property relationship. · Highly skilled in general polymer characterization techniques including DSC, DTA, TG, FTIR, NMR, GPC and dynamic rheology analysis etc.· High level of initiative and good interpersonal skill are required to collaborate with outside research institutes to perform critical tasks that can’t be carried in house.· Ability to manager multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self motivated, quick learner · Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English  Click here for more information
