Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

 

Our client is a leading U.S. manufacturer in the fashion accessories industry.  They are seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive for their office in a midsize New England city.

 

This is a senior-level position with a high level of responsibility and serious long-term growth potential with the company. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Open doors to decision makers in the fashion industry by effectively handling all client levels, including corporate, retail and entrepreneurial individuals and groups.

·  Establish contact with potential customers and develop those relationships via phone and face-to-face meetings.

·  Maintain good rapport with existing customers.

·  Collaborate with senior management to set strategy and tactical implementation of sales development efforts.

·  Must be willing to relocate to a midsize city in New England with approximately 25% travel to places such as New York City, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, and Arkansas.

 

Essential Requirements:

 

·  Minimum of five (5) successful years experience in the fashion/accessories/jewelry industry in merchandising or retail.

·  Presentation skills must be sharp both in one-on-one and to 50 person audiences.

·  Professional appearance and outstanding sales personality with experience to handle and deal with all client levels.

·  In addition to knowing the retail market, must be able to sense the trends and be able to think creatively to meet customer needs. 

·  Must have an excellent eye for details, organizational skills for successful follow through and a true “roll up the sleeves” attitude.

·  Must have high level of honesty and integrity.

·  Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

·  Must have entrepreneurial spirit
