The qualified individual will be responsible for: Preparing consolidated financial information for public reporting Researching accounting issues to ensure the proper application of accounting principles Working with acquired companies to integrate their financial reporting with the company Working with internal and outside auditors to provide documentation necessary to meet Sarbanes-Oxley regulations Monthly close duties and ad hoc analysis Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's Degree a plus) 5+ years of public accounting or public company SEC reporting experience CPA preferred RESPOND HERE!
