Senior Systems Analyst - SAP FI/CO

Purpose of Position:

The person in this position is responsible for day-to-day support activities, enhancements, and new implementations of assigned SAP FI/CO modules which may specifically include CO-PA, Fixed Assets, AP, AR, GL, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Cost Planning, Treasury Management, Report Painter, or Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)

 

Responsibilities:

·  Solving helpdesk cases involving assigned SAP modules

·  Answering user questions about SAP capability

·  Creating program specifications for new reports or system capabilities that will be used by the Development Team for ABAP programming

·  Testing new reports or system changes produced by the Development Team

·  Working with users to finalize testing of new reports or system changes

·  Using Mercury Interactive to create and run test scripts

·  Working on projects such as SAP upgrades or SAP implementation at international subsidiaries

·  Leading small to mid-size projects in support of user needs

·  Serving as a back-up for support in other assigned modules of SAP

·  Serving as an on-call resource per a rotating schedule

 

Qualifications and Requirements:Excellent written and oral communication skills, Bachelors degree (or higher) in Information Technology or BusinessAt least one full SAP implementation or at least 4 years supporting an SAP environment.  Working knowledge of Mercury Interactive testing toolsBasic knowledge of ABAP programmingSAP Workflow knowledge a plusSolution Manager change management a plusSAP OSS
