Senior Tax Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

The Sr. Tax Analyst, as a member of the corporate tax team, will assist the Tax Director in areas of tax compliance, research, and other tax projects.

Duties:

--Prepare and/or review federal and state income tax returns including estimated tax payments and extensions
--Prepare and/or review the quarterly reconciliation of the worldwide tax accounts
--Prepare and/or review state annual reports, including registration requirements
--Research and respond to tax notices from various governmental authorities
--Maintain corporate tax compliance calendar
--Assist with the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley and FAS109
--Assist with the preparation of US Transfer Pricing Documentation
--Assist Tax Director in various tax projects

Qualifications:
--3-5 years of relevant corporate tax experience. Must have experience with federal and multi-state tax compliance
--Detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
--Self-motivated, able to work as a member of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple projects concurrently
--Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
--CORPTAX and Tax Stream experience a plus
--BA, CPA and/ or MST preferred
