Senior Technical Analyst-LAN

Provide enhanced administration of all LAN technologies (includes: Intel Servers, Windows O/S, Citrix, Novell, Exchange, Share Point, Active Directory, Anti-Virus) and processes.  This position will research, test, and deploy new LAN servers and software technologies to support the needs of the Donaldson business users.  In addition, this position will provide support of the technologies under the LAN umbrella.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years experience in LAN/WAN or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft 2003 server installation. Experience with Novell 5 and/or 6 including administration, patching, and setting up print service. Experience with Exchange 2003, deployment and administration. Experience with Microsoft Share Point, deployment and administration. Experience with Citrix server setups and administration. Experience with MS SCCM software distribution tools. Experience with NT Domain administration and Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with Microsoft O/S patching procedures and tools. Experience with Antivirus software and distribution. Experience with SAN storage and administration including Microsoft booting from SAN. Experience with Enterprise Server Backup software and processes.
